Ajijic Home Inspections celebrated eight years in business in November 2012.  

With over ONE and HALF MILLION  square feet of residential properties inspected during this period, we have helped over 650 clients with their real estate purchase and over 1200 clients in total, including our other consulting services.   Our experience can help you too.  

Ajijic Home Inspections (AHI) was formed to provide a long needed service to the buyers and sellers of real estate here at Lake Chapala.   With a home purchase being one of the largest purchases anyone would do in their lifetime, a professional independent third party review of the transaction is needed to provide information and avoid surprises for all parties involved in the transaction.

Company Profile

J. Brad Grieve, P.Eng. MBAAHI was formed in November 2004, 
by J. Brad Grieve, P.Eng. MBA formerly associate Broker with RE/MAX Fenix.   As a registered professional civil engineer with over 30 years of service in Canada and Mexico, he brings a multi-faceted perspective of house construction, renovation, restoration and maintenance of homes here at Lake Chapala.  

Brad, also recently completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious IPADE business school in Guadalajara (www.ipade.mx) ranked as one of the top five schools in the world (outside USA) by the Wall Street Journal (Sept. 2005).
